NCB Library will be holding its first Story Slam on Thursday, Sept. 27 at 7pm, where 16 entrants, ages 16 and over, will be able to do a 5-minutes presentation. Contents must be family-friendly, and no props or notes may be used. Two willing judges will be chosen at random from the audience to evaluate the storytellers on content and performance.  Prizes will be awarded, and refreshments will be served.  Join us to either present [tell] or listen to these well-told tales!
